Entry Level Miner

Provide comprehensive training programs designed to equip new workers with the essential skills and knowledge needed for entry-level positions in the mining industry.

Through a blend of hands-on instruction cutting-edge virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and industry-leading education, participants will gain essential skills, safety training, and knowledge vital for success in the mining industry.

Working at Heights

Working at Heights is designed to provide instruction to any worker who is regularly, or on occasion, assigned work that may require working at heights criteria whereby fall arrest protection equipment and safeguards are required to be implemented.

Supervisor Training

Supervisor training programs build strong and competent supervisors that lead by example, drive regulatory compliance, motivate and retain strong employees, enhance productivity, and create a healthy and safe work environment – all day, every day.

Train the Trainer

The Train the Trainer course involves instruction in adult-centered teaching methods and principles of learning. Participants engaging in lesson planning, presentation/ classroom delivery, the emphasis being on skills transfer, evaluations and primarily program development.

Equipment Operator Training

Learn to safely operate various mining equipment as used in Surface Mining. With the continued demand for trained, production ready equipment operators, we provide experiential, hands-on training to prepare participants for real world workplace expectations.
